X users state that this is the repercussions of someone being a woke individual. They add that this is the exact result after defunding the police and letting individuals out of prison solely based on the colour of their skin.
According to the New York Post, in a chilling incident caught on video, an activist and poet, Ryan Carson, 32, was fatally stabbed in front of his girlfriend during a random attack in Brooklyn. The surveillance footage shows Carson and his girlfriend chatting at a bus stop bench in Bedford-Stuyvesant after attending a wedding on Long Island.
As they walk down the street, an unknown man in a dark sweatshirt passes by and starts kicking scooters for no apparent reason. He suddenly confronts Carson, escalating the situation. Despite Carson’s pleas for peace, the attacker pulls a knife and repeatedly stabs him, leaving Carson injured on the ground. The assailant then spits on Carson’s girlfriend before fleeing the scene.

Conservatives on X are tweeting about the entire ordeal in droves. Users state that a decade ago, they told others about the dangers of a woke society. However, the majority of people chose to ignore the cries of warning. Now, it seems that the woke supporters are receiving attacks.

However, there are some users who feel that it is inappropriate for conservatives to blame the victim for being woke. Despite this, the original poster states that this is necessary as woke individuals tend to get themselves into predicaments like this. The user adds that a lot of woke individuals portray themselves as a martyr of some sort.
In the actual video, the man did not seem anything like how some are describing him as. Nobody deserves to have their lives end in such a cruel manner.

Unfortunately for the girlfriend, some users were attacking her stating that she could have done better. However, after watching a clip of the attack, many understood why she was not able to do anything. The whole ordeal must be traumatising to her.
