Trans woman telling misgendered trans influencer to speak more womanly

A viral video of a trans woman being misgendered at restaurants has grinded the gears of conservatives and now even the trans community. It appears the LGB divorce from the TQ is involving transgendered individuals who are conservative. Furthermore, there appears to be a rise in more conservative trans individuals in America.

According to the Daily Mail, a transgender woman, who discreetly recorded restaurant staff repeatedly addressing her as ‘sir’ and shared the video on social media, faced backlash from online users. The video, posted by @lillytino_, quickly went viral as she accused the restaurant servers of misgendering her.

However, some are criticising her, labelling it an ‘egocentric power trip’ targeting innocent staff. In the video, the trans woman is seen wearing bold red lipstick, earrings, necklaces, and crop tops. She corrected the staff every time they referred to her as ‘sir,’ emphasising her use of she/her pronouns. While some empathised with her plight, others saw it as attention-seeking behaviour.

Following that, fellow passing transgender individuals are making statements on X that their less passable counterparts should put in more effort. They feel that individuals like these are hurting their very own community.

Trans woman telling other trans woman to be more feminine

A popular trans woman on X who is generally centrist states that this misgendered influencer should speak in a more feminine tone. Currently, the individual speaks in a rather masculine voice which can confuse restaurant workers. The current fashion trends can lead to men wearing makeup and feminine clothes, which can confuse those in the service industry.

There are some woke individuals complaining that this is a way for straight individuals to be hostile towards trans individuals. However, the trans woman states that not everyone is hostile to others. Most people are simply trying to get through their day, especially with their minimum wage job.

Furthermore, some suggest that medical professionals need to apply stricter guidelines for those who want to transition. Regardless, the user states that the influencer would be much better off if she had more self awareness on her appearance and demeanour.
