Henry Kissinger has passed away at the age of 100. He has left a legacy in American history while serving from the Nixon administration. Furthermore, many would remember him for the positive and negative things that he has done during his time as a diplomat.

According to the Guardian, Henry Kissinger, the renowned diplomat central to US foreign policy during the 20th century, has died at 100. His firm, Kissinger Associates, confirmed his passing without disclosing the cause. As an academic, he ascended to Nixon’s administration, impacting Vietnam decisions and enduring the Watergate fallout. While revered on the right, his actions in Chile and Pakistan sparked criticism. Tributes flowed, marking his strategic prowess and lifelong influence in global affairs. His death in Connecticut concludes a storied life that spanned political eras and geopolitical landscapes.

However, criticism abounds for his role in Cambodia’s bombings, the Chilean coup, and human rights negligence. His trauma shaped his life, yet controversy followed his political decisions until his death. His impact, from shuttle diplomacy to divisive counsel, remains a topic of debate in political circles today.
